General Anxiety More Condition_symptoms Do You Have Any Advice Or Ideas To Stop Anxiety And Be More Relaxed Towards Life In General?

Do you have any advice or ideas to stop anxiety and be more relaxed towards life in general? - general anxiety more condition_symptoms

Can you recommend something to stop the agony of daily stress and problems? Is there a way to relax not worry too much about everything and in a position yourself?
All suggestions, recommendations or advice would be great. Thank you!

I have GAD, and while I see a therapist and am on medication, there are many other things, that it seriously suggest that I do.
Read to see a funny book, a funny movie, take a deep breath and a session of 1 minute during the day, write your concerns and Shred, paint, walk, we take our time for a bath or shower, drink more water , enjoy a sunset / sunset, take time for you.
