Low Carb Jelly Belly Carbohydrate Is This A Healthy/low-carb Lunch?

Is this a healthy/low-carb lunch? - low carb jelly belly carbohydrate

Is this a healthy meal, low in carbohydrates? About 90 calories, and low-carb wheat WRAP (no sugar / 9 grams of carbohydrates), two tablespoons of Simply Jif PB (with 2 grams of sugar and 200 calories) and a tablespoon of sugar-free gelatin (with ten calories)?

Question .. Why, if the number of calories in the diet, the less carbohydrates? P & J wheat wrap wouldnt be my first choice for a food low in carbohydrates, but can you take a look ..

Wheat wrap ... Unsweetened good ... Carbohydrates 9 .. Not bad. All fiber?

Why not ham or turkey with cheese on the packaging? This is in carbohydrates, low in sugar, protein, good.

I'm on a diet that is low in carbohydrates at the time, and my food is usually canned tuna, dipped in lemon juice and salad! (No carbohydrates or less) for Hurray! Yours sounds better, but ... I am not allowed in the vicinity of pain ...
